This firmware is updating a new application software of your Head Unit
Improved touch button operation
Improvement of favorite registration of hands free contact information
Fixing error in the Power Management function
Fixing error in the DAB linking function

Please note:

The Update is not required for Alpine units with Firmware versions “5.3000 5.3000 5.3000” or higher.
